TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All spoilers and bumpers listed on Custom Body Kits are Fibreglass, unless otherwise stipulated.

All Fibreglass products are supply only . . . unsprayed and unfitted (Base coat only)

All Fibreglass products come with a 1 year manufacturers warranty against manufacturing defects (Damage due to collision or incorrect fitment is not included in the cover)

Courier is included for all products to all major city centers within South Africa. Outlying areas may incur additional Courier charges. International Orders require a local contact with a South African Physical Address to process the order, as we do not hold an export license, nor do we have the staff capacity to handle the admin and paperwork associated with international shipments.

All kits / Spoilers are manufactured to order and therefore require payment in full prior to your order being processed. Manufacturing takes on average, 2-4 weeks to complete depending on what has been ordered and how busy the factory is at the time, with courier delivery via The Courier Guy taking an additional 2-3 working days.

Fibreglass items, while molded, are hand-finished and often require a little finishing to ensure a perfect fit. We recommend test fitment before painting to avoid the unnecessary expense of having to respray if adjustments are required. CustomBodyKits, nor its employees, will be held liable for any additional costs incurred by clients having to repaint items that were not test-fitted first and then required adjustment or modification for proper fit.

You, the client, are responsible for your order. Because each item is manufactured to order, incorrect orders cannot be refunded once production has commenced. Returns will not be accepted for items that were ordered for the incorrect model of vehicle . . . all of our information relating to each product, specifies the vehicle compatibility. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have the correct model vehicle for the item ordered. CustomBodyKits may be able to assist you in your selection if shown an image of your vehicle, but while items may fit a variety of year models, generally, each item is manufactured for the specific model listed on the site. International clients hold all risks of compatibility of our kits to non-South African Vehicles, as we cannot guarantee that international variations are identical to local vehicle models.
